Mission

Office of Institutional Research and Sustainable Development of STU provides information and research-based analysis to support university decision-making for institutional effectiveness, and promote sustainable development of STU.

Goals

  • Collect, compile, analyze, archive, and disseminate various reports and statistical data related to institutional research, while ensuring the accuracy of the collected data.
  • Provide relevant analysis and information on institutional research topics and special project plans for university development and other internal units' supervisors.
  • Manage the meetings and affairs of the University Development Committee, the Sustainable Development Promotion Committee, and the Task Force for Planning Overall Development Grants and Subsidies. Handle tasks related to university development and the management of overall development grants and subsidies.
  • Formulate strategies regarding issues related to the sustainable development of the university.
  • Submit various subsidy plans to external units to enhance the university's professional management capabilities.

Organization

The organization of the Office of Institutional Research and Sustainable Development is as follows:

  1. Institutional Research Division: Formulate institutional research topics, collect, inventory, clean, and analyze data, and disseminate the results of the analysis.
  2. Sustainable Development Division: Manage the meetings of the University Development Committee, the Sustainable Development Promotion Committee, and the Task Force for Planning Overall Development Grants and Subsidies. Execute tasks related to university development and overall development grants, and formulate strategies to promote the sustainable development of the university.
